1. ಶ್ರೀ ಶೈಲಪುತ್ರಿ ಆರಾಧನಾ ಯೋಗಿವರೇಣ್ಯರು ತಮ್ಮ ಮನಸ್ಸನ್ನು ಮೂಲಾಧಾರ ಚಕ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ನೆಲೆಗೊಳಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.

2. ಶ್ರೀ ಬ್ರಹ್ಮಚಾರಿಣಿ ಉಪಾಸನಾ ಯೋಗಿವರೇಣ್ಯರು ತಮ್ಮ ಮನಸ್ಸನ್ನು ಸ್ವಾಧಿಷ್ಠಾನ ಚಕ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ನೆಲೆಗೊಳಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.
